Community of Practice Interest Form

The Community of Practice Program is a 6 month community space intended to convene up to 10 members of Regional Food Banks (RFB) and Partner Agencies (PA) to learn, unlearn, and grow their skills and understanding of their equity practice. This space is dedicated to support participants to drive and shape local equity initiatives across Oregon and Southwest Washington. 

Twice a month, we will share space facilitated by the Network Equity & Racial Justice (NERJ) team with prepared workshops, lean into discussion, and offer 1:1 coaching. This practice space will provide resources, technical support, and consultation to RFB/PA network members with the goal of ensuring a competent, equity-centered workforce to promote equity initiatives throughout the network. The communities we build together are stronger together when there is an opportunity to connect and grow.
